We recommend that NPS, pursuant to the requirements set forth in DOI’s Justice40 implementation guidance, complete and submit required Justice40 documents, including a methodology for calculating program benefits accruing to disadvantaged communities and a stakeholder engagement plan, to ensure compliance with Office of Management and Budget Memorandum M-21-28.
