We recommend the Director for the Office of Labor-Management Standards implement quality control measures to improve the usefulness of reported information by—at a minimum—ensuring requirements for: completion of required fields, validated addresses, ability to efficiently cross-match corresponding reports, and tax identification number inclusion.
