Ensure the Division of Procurement and Facilities Management updates the Acquisition Policy Manual to reflect NCUA’s current practice to store Contracting Officer’s Representative files electronically and require the contracting officer representatives to ensure their electronic files are up-to-date and accessible to the contracting officer after the contract closeout process.
