Develop, provide, and require periodic training to FDIC CIOO personnel on the following: • Their roles, responsibilities, and limitations in interacting with contractors; • The identification and avoidance of Unauthorized Contractual Commitments; and • Disciplinary ramifications that may result from creating an Unauthorized Contractual Commitment.
