Implement the necessary oversight to monitor POA&Ms and RBDs in RISCS to identify ones that require action so it can ensure that the ISOs take the necessary action to review, update, and approve POA&Ms and RBDs, as necessary, before they become delinquent, taking into consideration the length of time required to obtain necessary approvals, and update RISCS.
