Review and evaluate current processes, procedures, and practices, including but not limited to, issuing notices of acceptance to the complainant and requesting funding for investigative services from the responsible office; make revisions; and implement guidance to improve efficiencies and timeliness associated with assigning the case to the contract investigator.
