We recommend the Executive Assistant Commissioner for the Office of Field Operations require CBP officers to update the comments in the Global Enrollment System for the identified ineligible drivers with unresolved disqualifying issues to address its impact on the driver’s eligibility or revoke the drivers’ participation in the Free and Secure Trade program.
