We recommend the Executive Assistant Commissioner for the Office of Field Operations update the Consolidated Trusted Traveler Program Handbook (Revised April 2016) to include: • clear guidance for to Free and Secure Trade program vetting standard violations; • requirement for vetters and Enrollment Center officers to document Free and Secure Trade program applicant and • procedures to ensure officers fully resolve all Free and Secure Trade program vetting standard violations identified in an applicant’s risk assessment worksheet.
