Revise the approach for conducting UDAP reviews by a. reassessing the current approach for conducting UDAP reviews. b. establishing additional formal performance measures or targets for completing steps within the UDAP review process. c. defining criteria for determining when DCCA must review a potential UDAP matter. d. issuing guidance consistent with the results of that assessment.
