We recommend that the Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office direct the Chief Information Officer make a determination whether the $4 million in potential monetary benefits that we have identified in this report that is currently allocated for the Boyers alternate site can be used more efficiently.
