We recommend the Executive Assistant Commissioner for the Office of Field Operations and Executive Assistant Commissioner for the Office of Enterprise Services collaborate and update the policies and procedures in Mobile Passport Control Business Requirements and MPC Standard Operating Procedures to codify scan processes and define the roles and responsibilities necessary to ensure scans are complete as required, and that CBP Office of Information and Technology specialists review all Mobile Passport Control app scan results for vulnerabilities.
