Review current hiring practices and identify potential opportunities to incorporate additional practices to cultivate a diverse workforce, such as monitoring the use of restrictive hiring authorities and other practices, including using noncompetitive details; removing names from resumes during the hiring manger's resume review; and using demographically diverse interview panels.
