FHFA should develop examination guidance that explains how supervisory concerns should be described and categorized in the Reports of Examination, establishes the Division of Enterprise Regulation’s expectations for timely and appropriate remediation for each such concern, and prescribes how such concerns should be monitored until they are fully remediated.
