Direct OSU to strengthen the administrative and management controls and processes over purchasing equipment and materials/supplies at the end of a project’s POP. Processes could include requiring OSU to specifically review all equipment and materials/supplies purchased during the final 90 days of an award’s POP to evaluate whether the costs are allocable in accordance with all relevant Federal and sponsor-specific regulations before charging the expenses to a sponsored project.
