Require SC DSS to properly implement a Deceased Matching System that satisfies the requirements under 7 CFR §272.14, including: verifying and ensuring that benefits are not issued to individuals who are deceased; providing for the proper use of match data; making a comparison of match data in the case file to the DMS match results data for each household member at the time of application and at least once a year.
