Coordinate with FAIR Girls to develop and implement grant management policies and procedures for future DOJ awards that: a. report performance metrics supported by valid and auditable source documents; b. ensure compliance with award special conditions; c. guide the maintenance of detailed accounting records; d. check whether vendors have been debarred or suspended from doing business with the federal government; e. define clear staff roles and responsibilities to warrant accurate and timely financial reports; f. ensure (1) employees provide support such as receipts and payment confirmation for purchases and (2) the proper tracking and inventory of accountable items by assigned personnel; g. ensure that debit and credit cards transactions receive appropriate approval; and h. guide the preparing and submitting of drawdown requests.
